The Palm Coast/Flagler County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority held its first Jabberwock Pageant on April 28 at the Beasley Elementary School Auditorium in Palatka. Ten young ladies ages 5 to 18 years old competed in age-relative categories for the title of Miss Jabberwock. A variety show consisted of cultural expression and talent while encouraging and assisting in the development of young individual talents. Funds from the program support scholarships for the youth and other public service projects.
